welcome!
The DisUnschool Database builds a ongoing, community-empowered directory for spaces prioritizing disabled people and families who are curious and open to, shifting towards or currently on an unschooling path which includes those participating in conventional schools AND simultaneously decentering schooling. This database interrupts oppressive, adultist, capitalist, ableist, individualistic, colonizer and rape culture behavior and patterns.
The plans for peer support groups and community events are currently on hold until I can gather people who can help out with organizing, hosting and other logistics. If you would like to include a resource to the DisUnschool database, please email me with as much information about the resource as you can.
